How do I make a purchase on your website?

1. On the product page, choose Color (if applicable) and Quantity and click “Add to Cart”.

2. Continue to add other products into the cart. Once you’re done, click on “View Cart” to view your items.

3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”. Here, you will enter your billing details. Please make sure they are accurate.

4. Click on “Place Order”.

5. Make your payment directly to our bank account. Please use your Order ID as payment reference.

    Bank Account Number: 512820059524

    Upon successful payment, please whatsapp your payment slip to +60125160226.

Note: Your purchased products will be delivered once full payments are received in our account. 

Can I cancel or amend an existing order?  

The picking and packing of orders happens very quickly once you’ve purchased the items, hence we are unable to amend or cancel your order. We would suggest you to review your order carefully before submitting the order.

What is your transaction currency?

Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we deliver nationwide in Malaysia.

How long does the delivery take?

We aim to deliver the purchased product(s) to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. However, please allow some slight delays as the deliveries depends on your location & traffic at post offices. We appreciate your patience if there are slight delays. (We do not have control over this)

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Regrettably, we are not able to provide specific delivery timing at the moment as the deliveries are managed by the courier company. 

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes you can! We will email your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.
